Griffith’s Vino and Salsiccia Festa returns in 2026 as part of the popular Taste of Italy Griffith Festival. The event celebrates the region’s rich Italian heritage through food , wine, music and community traditions. The community come together and share the rich cultural traditions with local families , visitors and friends.

Held at Calabria Family Wines on 29th August 2026, the festival invites visitors to experience authentic Southern Italian Culture. Guests can enjoy traditional salsiccia ( sausages), handmade pasta, wood fired pizza and a spectacular porchetta roast prepared fresh throughout the day.

Local food producers and artisans will showcase the flavours that have made Griffith a renowned culinary destination. Italian delicacies, sweet cannoli, gelato, and espresso will be available alongside award winning Riverina wines.

Entertainment will keep the festive atmosphere alive with live music, roaming accordion performers, and traditional tarantella dancing. Visitors can immerse themselves in the sights and and sounds of Italy celebrating with families and friends.

One of the highlights of the day will be the inaugural Italian Sausage eating competition. This fun filled event will add excitement and entertainment to the crowd celebrating the cultural festival. This will also add friendly competition to an already vibrant celebration of food and culture.
