Through the AIM Business Awards conducted annually, AIM Association rewards and recognises businesses that have multicultural backgrounds or origins in order to provide them greater exposure and better marketing opportunities.

Through the AIM Talent Awards, AIM Association seeks out and promotes various artists who have held on to their artistic cultural heritage so that they can share it with a broader audience and be encouraged to persevere.
