The annual Feast multicultural festival is returning to Redfern Park in Minto on Saturday, 19 September, bringing together local residents for a day of global food, live music, and cultural performances.
Running from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the family-friendly event will feature international food vendors, a main stage showcase of traditional music and dance, and a parade featuring more than 40 cultural flags representing the diverse communities of the Campbelltown LGA.
Event Highlights
- Live Cultural Performances: Traditional music, dance, and cultural wear showcased on the main stage throughout the afternoon and evening. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs.
- Global Food Stalls: A wide selection of international cuisines, traditional dishes, and desserts available throughout the event grounds.
- Flag Procession: A parade highlighting over 40 flags representing local cultural backgrounds.
- Children’s Activity Trail: Hosted at the nearby Ron Moore Community Centre, featuring interactive workshops such as:

- Mandala & Clay Craft Workshops
- Nawi Making & Lollie Lei Workshops
- VR Experiences & Library Workshops
Mayor Darcy Lound encouraged the community to join the celebration, noting that the growing annual event serves as a key opportunity to experience the traditions and cultures that shape the Campbelltown region.
