This powerful solo exhibition showcases the work of Baramadagal Dharug artist Jayne Christian. Inspired by Dharug cultural traditions, the exhibition celebrates weaving as both an artistic practice and culture expression. Jayne Christian created many woven works alongside her mother, aunts, and cousins. The collection honours family connections while preserving important knowledge passed through generations. Each artwork reflects the living traditions of Dharug Country and community.

Photography by Serge D ‘Ignazio complements the woven artworks throughout the exhibition. Together, the artworks explore protest, activism, and the importance of maintaining cultural practices. The title combines Djiriyay, a Dharug war cry, with the French word Revolution. These themes highlights courage, resilience, and the continuing fight for justice and recognition.
